CREATIVITY REQUIRES THE COURAGE TO LET GO OF CERTAINTIES.

Creative

I believe in enlisting curiosity and creativity to explore and understand our ways of being that can make us feel stuck. Through a creative and curious lens, we will explore our challenges with identity, relationships (self and other), as well as our fear of discomfort, with the ultimate goal of becoming unstuck!

Services are offered from a location outside of city limits, which supports my belief in the power of the creative connection, as there will be opportunities to engage with nature and our surroundings.

Inclusive

Trust is essential to the therapeutic relationship as it supports client safety, motivation and growth. An inclusive approach is integral to form this trust. I respect each client’s sexual identities and orientations, cultural backgrounds, as well as their experiences, values and beliefs.

I am continually working to increase my understanding of what it means to be an ally and the challenges that arise related to community and isolation.

Collaborative

I value the role of collaboration to explore, process and increase understanding of old unhelpful narratives and ways of being that no longer serve us. Together in a supportive environment, we create new ways of understanding and engaging with ourselves and the world.

Therapy takes work and is an investment of our time and resources. I look forward to working with you to engage your full potential.
